Q: What platforms can I get reviews for?
A: We integrate with Google, Facebook pages, TripAdvisor, Airbnb, eBay, Amazon, OpenTable, ZocDoc and more.

Q: Are there any platforms or devices that do not work with this system?
A: Since this is a web-based platform, you and your customers simply need to be online using whatever device and/or browser they’d like to use to give you a review and for you to respond to the same reviews.

Q: What do I need for the unlimited SMS messaging?
A: You will need to have a Twilio or Telnyx service and register a 10DLC campaign via Twilio to utilize the SMS messaging service for businesses located in the United States.  For those outside of the United States, there may be necessary registrations required also – please check with your local provider(s) for the pertinent information and requirements.

Q: What kind of support and help is available while using this service?
A: We are dedicated to helping you with your reviews and bringing you new clients.  Therefore, you can rest assured that your needs and concerns are being addressed when you message us with any issues you may be encountering while utilizing our services.

Q: What’s a review page?
A: This is a dedicated URL that you can send clients to for them to leave a review for your business.  This can either be sent via a text message, email, website address, or a QR code shared with your clients to leave reviews for you.

Q: Why are reviews so important?
A: Reviews give other prospective clients a sense of trust in your business from people just like them that are using the service(s) that you offer.  The more people that review you, the more likely others will work with you too. And, according to numerous sources, having more reviews can help with your search engine rankings too leading to more opportunities.

Q: Can I upload a list of customers to send them a request to review us?
A: Yes, if you have their valid email address and permission to message them, you can upload a CSV file directly into our platform and we’ll take care of sending it out for you!

Q: Can I respond to the reviews directly from RecommendStation?
A: Yes you can! We make the process easy for you to get recommendations and reviews including responding directly to the reviews in a single platform.

Q: Who is this service for?

Q: Are these legitimate reviews?
A: Since you’ll be sending the review requests to your clients, these are legitimate reviews.  We are not offering a “fake” review service and will not permit such actions on our platform.

Q: If I sign up for the year investment, what happens if I decide to cancel my service mid-term?
A: Unfortunately, because our system is set up to provide the discounted rate already on the yearly investment, we can only offer a refund for the service within 30 days of the sign-up.  Anything beyond that timeframe, you can request that we stop the billing in the future for the service.
